The drawing room is the second collaboration between baroque music group Ensemble Molière and artist Kate Anderson. After our successful multimedia opera production Pygmalion, we are working together again to create a cross-arts event which merges live music and live drawing. This is a project currently in development, and as such we are proposing to present a work-in-progress version to showcase three varied excerpts. At the end of the performance we will invite audience feedback to help with developing the full production in the future.

We will perform 3 sets of music and live drawing, separated by 2 short intervals during which the audience can enjoy with a glass of wine from the bar! Music to include works by Rameau, Marais and Leclair.
